Systemwide upgrades allow you to upgrade from eligible Economy Class fares to the next class of service or from most Business Class fares to First Class for travel systemwide on American Airlines. Each upgrade is valid for one-way travel and will be confirmed at the time of booking if seats are available. Some restrictions apply. Visit www.aa.com/vpupdate for complete terms and conditions.

*Systemwide upgrades are subject to capacity controls and are limited to a single one-way trip with a maximum of three segments. Upgrades are valid only on scheduled flights marketed as American Airlines and operated by American Airlines. Not valid on codeshare flights. Upgrades are only valid on individual published-fare tickets. Upgrades are not applicable to AAdvantage travel awards; any free ticket; military or other government fares; opaque fares; infant tickets (including INF50 fares) or purchased extra seats. Upgrades are void if sold for cash or other considerations. Travel in conjunction with the systemwide upgrades awarded through this auction must be completed by February 28, 2011

Fulfillment
